Can you join more than one tech ambassador program?

Yes, you can be an ambassador for more than one brand. I am in Cursor and Raycast. Some programs prefer you not stack. Read the rules.

Yes. Many builders are in more than one.

I run Ambassador Directory. I am a Cursor ambassador and a Raycast ambassador. That dual membership is the proof I can stand on. Two programs. Two tools I already use.

Some people are in three. Jacob Andrzejewski wrote on DEV.to that he is an active ambassador of three organizations (Storyblok, then Algolia, then Nuxt): https://dev.to/jacobandrewsky/my-experiences-with-ambassador-programs-2bkc

The short answer is yes. You can join more than one tech ambassador program. The catch is the rules. Read each program before you apply.

The catch: some programs prefer you not stack

Some programs prefer you not join other advocacy programs at the same time. That is not a rumor. Cursor publishes it.

Cursor's official FAQ asks "Can I participate in other advocacy programs?" The answer: "Our preference is that you not participate in other advocacy programs while you're in Cursor's Ambassador program." That is a preference. It is not a stated ban. I will not upgrade it to a contract clause.

Read that FAQ on Cursor's official page: https://cursor.com/ambassadors

If you want the Cursor apply path, start with the how-to. Then apply on Cursor's site. Do not send an application through this directory. We list programs. We do not take applications for them.

What Raycast publishes

Raycast's official page lists the ask: events, Slack and Reddit community, educate, feedback. The give: Pro plan (including Advanced AI), early access, event funding, merch, badge, and a private channel with the team.

The public Raycast page does not spell out exclusivity. I checked the live FAQs on https://www.raycast.com/ambassadors. So read the agreement they send you.

I am in this program too. I am not inventing a waiver, exception, or private conversation with either team.

Stack tools you already use

Do not apply to 20 programs. Start with the product you already contribute to.

Stack where the asks do not collide. Content is one lane. Events are another. Campus is a third. If two programs both want the same city meetup every month, that is a collision. If one wants tutorials and the other wants events, the weeks can fit.

I stack Cursor and Raycast because I already use both. That is the filter. A badge for a tool you do not use is the wrong apply.

If you are looking at campus tracks, that is a different ask. Claude Campus is the named student listing on this site.

Not the affiliate question

This page is about stacking contribution programs. Not collecting tracking links. Affiliate versus ambassador is a different cut: commission for a transaction versus contribution for perks.

How this directory helps

Ambassador Directory lists curated tech ambassador programs that require real contribution and give real perks back. Give and take. Not affiliate. Not CPA.

Filter the directory. Open a listing. Read the ask and the perks. Then apply on the company's official page, not through this site.

If you want a general apply path, start with how to get in. If you are comparing paid DevRel to an external program, that is a different page.
